Move Arch Linux PKGBUILD to AUR?

There is now epfl-menu in the AUR (I was told that it's OK to have EPFL-specific stuff in the AUR), so to raise the visibility of this script collection (and advertise the fact that it can be installed without hassle on Arch Linux-based systems), I think it might make sense to move the epfl-scripts PKGBUILD there, too.

Also, this would properly split upstream and downstream.

Any thoughts?
