integrate a timer.

I can be started whenever we want.

On certain time transition, the screen shakes. (small vertical motion + sfx)

from 0:00 to 0:30 it is white or green from 0:30 to 1:00 it becomes orange from 1:00 to 2:00 it becomes redder from 2:00 to 3:00 it becomes red from 3:00 to 5:00 it becomes black, with a red background from 5:00 to 10:00 the background blinks from 10:00 to 20:00 the size increases (maybe ticking sound effect ?) from 20:00 and beyond alarm sound, light effect like a nuclear core meltdown
