Debian copyright file states wrong licence

The licence for the files in this project is Apache 2.0 (see LICENSE). The Debian package, however, states GPL-3+, for all the files (see debian/copyright), which is inaccurate.

The only file that does not explicitly and individually state any copyright/licence information is gnupaste, but in the spirit of keeping things simple (and as the original author of that script), I would tend to license that script under the Apache licence as well.

Maybe adding a note to the README stating that all files in this project are licensed under Apache 2.0 (unless otherwise stated) might be reasonable? (that is probably a separate issue, though)
